We welcome participation from all the above! Your submission should be tailored for travelers, highlighting promotions, sweepstakes, or deals that offer them a specific value. All participants and offers undergo approval by Midwest Travel Deals & Sweepstakes.

Please Submit: Once you’ve chosen the deal, package, or promotion you would like to showcase in our Special Offers Email, simply select your preferred deployment date(s) and submit your reservation via the Midwest Travel Deals & Sweepstakes form. Participants will receive a confirmation containing placement details upon completion of their submission (*Dates may sell out)

In the time preceding your chosen deployment, participants will receive an additional email requesting content, including a headline, a 100-word offer description, the valid date range, a photo, and the URL to link to.

What We Do: Utilizing the materials you submit, Midwest Travel Deals & Sweepstakes will create a listing for you in the email on your chosen date. Following the ad run, you will receive a detailed report highlighting the clicks and impressions your links accumulated.

Price: Participation in the Special Offers Email costs $225 per distribution ($200 each if buying 2 or more). An invoice for your reservation will be issued at the beginning of the month your ad runs (these invoices will be emailed).

Add-on: Will your submission require assistance in the creation of the sweepstakes? Our team at Midwest Travel Deals & Sweepstakes can handle every aspect of your sweepstakes for a seamless launch, including creation and setup. This service is available to participants for an additional $500 and includes one distribution.
